Okay. Place to vent out my thoughts.

..okay not vent. But I need to voice this out.

We need you to teach us your Maya pwn tactics.

We need you to act. We need you to regroup us.

I'm blurred in direction but i'm just stumbling ahead doing what i think is best for myself and team.

I'm pushing the *others* on what they should do and checking on their progress and offering advice on what is good for them and team.

Raine, i know you want to do a good demo and all. a good model thingy for us to reference to. but really. we need to learn whatever you want us to learn from you as soon as possible. like, now. we can't afford to wait. cause we simply. don't. have. time.

one month is bloody scary.

well i'm just estimating we're using high poly models or something. but i don't even know how much i should work and what i should do. i don't know your expectations.
